Policy Cancellation
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to
scheduled visit. If a client contacts us less then
24 hours prior to scheduled visit the full charged
for the scheduled service will apply.

Payment Policy
Payment is due before all services and must include
any additional fees or surcharges. Clients with
regular dog walk schedules are required to
pay on a weekly basis at the beginning
of each week before the weeks services are rendered.
Clients with changing walk schedules are required
to pay at the beginning of the week for
each scheduled walk and/or service requested.
A walk credit will be given for
each pre-paid walk that is not used, if the  walk
was cancelled with-in the cancellation policy.
Vacation care, cat care and any "other"
pet care payment is due at the initial
consultation by cash or check. If any payment  
is not received on time,
a late fee of $20 a month will apply
